
Kick off the Falls Church Fitness Challenge at Falls Church Move, a full-day community fitness event at Modera Founders Row on April 11. Enjoy free outdoor fitness classes led by local studios and instructors throughout the day, including yoga, barre, Pilates, cardio workouts, and more. This family-friendly event welcomes participants of all fitness levels and offers a fun way to discover The City of Falls Church’s vibrant wellness community while staying active in the Little City.

Rumble Boxing | Time: 8:15 am (30 minutes)

Zumba | Time: 9 am (50 mins)
Taught by Terry Dade, FCCPS Superintendent. Kick off the day with a high-energy, feel-good dance party. This Latin-inspired cardio workout is all about movement and community fun. No dance experience required.

Taught by Grace Ball, Body Dynamics. A dynamic stretch and mobility class that blends targeted flexibility work with Pilates-based core activation. Designed to improve joint mobility, enhance posture, and build deep stabilizing strength while helping you move with greater ease and control.

Jazzercise | Time: 4 pm (45 mins)
Taught by Sandy Kiersz, Falls Church Jazzercise. End the event in style. Dance and sweat in this upbeat full-body workout set to today’s hottest music. The perfect high-energy finale to close out the day.
