The City of Falls Church Community Center, Kenneth R. Burnett Building, is an award-winning recreation facility located at 223 Little Falls St., Falls Church, VA 22046, adjacent to Cherry Hill Park and City Hall in the heart of The Little City . It is the perfect place to play basketball, volleyball, tennis, table tennis or pool, walk, take a class, or enjoy time with family, friends, and neighbors. The facility is fully accessible to persons with disabilities.

  • It is home to the E.B. Henderson Gymnasium, Senior Center and Teen Center.
    E.B. Henderson Gymnasium: is a full-size gymnasium with a 6-hoop basketball hoops and volleyball courts.
  • Multipurpose Rooms: several multipurpose rooms that the public can rent for receptions, meetings, parties, and classes.
  • Kitchen: A full-service kitchen is available for set-up, cooking, and warming foods for catered events.

Community Center Hours

  • Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Open Gym

City residents play for free. Non-City residents over 18 pay  View the Open Gym Hours Schedule or call the Gym Hotline at 703-248-5077 (TTY 711) for up-to-date hours. Open gym hours are updated on a weekly basis. *Gym times are subject to change without notice.
