Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Falls Church

Founded in 1981, Patient First Medical Centers offer urgent care, primary care, and occupational health services on a walk-in, non-appointment basis from 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days a year. Telehealth services are also available on a non-appointment basis from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm on Fridays, and 11 am to 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Patient First physicians and staff care for routine injuries and illnesses, providing women’s medical services, vaccinations, annual physicals, sports physicals, school physicals, workers’ compensation/work injury care, DOT physicals, and more.
