Big New Year’s Eve in The Little City!
Friends, neighbors, families, and visitors are invited to Watch Night 2026, the City of Falls Church’s free community celebration on Thursday, December 31, from 7 p.m. to midnight.
Watch Night is introducing new traditions this year, with more activities, live music, entertainment, and a few surprises! West Broad Street will close to traffic between North Maple Avenue and South Washington Street for this event and the first NYE Little City Sips. Explore local restaurants, grab a drink to sip and stroll the City while enjoying live bands and a DJ, and warm up by outdoor fire pits. The evening will include fun for everyone with:

- Bounce Houses

- Tents & Fire Pits
Then gather with the community for the countdown to the historic Star Drop at midnight. Come celebrate, connect, and welcome 2027 together!
